焊(han)(han)(han)接熱影(ying)響區(qu)連續冷(leng)(leng)卻轉變(bian)圖(SH-CCT曲(qu)(qu)線)是正(zheng)確(que)選擇(ze)焊(han)(han)(han)接材(cai)料、優(you)化(hua)焊(han)(han)(han)接工藝參數(shu)、制定焊(han)(han)(han)后(hou)熱處理參數(shu)的(de)重(zhong)(zhong)要依據。SH-CCT曲(qu)(qu)線也可以用于判(pan)斷不同焊(han)(han)(han)接熱循(xun)環條(tiao)件下獲得的(de)金(jin)相組(zu)織(zhi)和硬度(du)(du),估(gu)計(ji)冷(leng)(leng)裂(lie)紋的(de)可能性(xing),是金(jin)屬焊(han)(han)(han)接性(xing)分析的(de)有力工具。本文對(dui)不同冷(leng)(leng)卻條(tiao)件下組(zu)織(zhi)轉變(bian)的(de)溫(wen)度(du)(du)區(qu)間(jian)、轉變(bian)產物進行系統研(yan)究,為高強(qiang)度(du)(du)橋梁鋼的(de)焊(han)(han)(han)接規律提供基礎實驗數(shu)據具有重(zhong)(zhong)要的(de)理論意義和實踐意義。
實驗(yan)材料為首(shou)鋼冶煉軋制的厚度(du)(du)為30mm高強度(du)(du)橋梁鋼Q460q,其化學成分(質(zhi)量(liang)分數,%)為:0.085C,0.36Si,1.42Mn,0.034Nb,0.012Ti,0.014Cu,0.023Cr,0.007Ni,0.066V,0.001Mo,0.010P,0.003S;其力學性能(neng):ReL=510MPa,Rm=590MPa,δ=23.3%,冷彎(d=3a)合格;顯微組(zu)織為鐵素體(ti)、珠(zhu)光體(ti)和貝氏(shi)體(ti)。
在MMS-300熱模擬試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)機上進行焊接(jie)熱循環模擬實驗(yan)(yan)。首先測定Ac1和Ac3,加(jia)熱過(guo)程為(wei):400℃以(yi)下(xia)加(jia)熱速(su)度(du)(du)(du)(du)為(wei)0.5℃/s,400℃以(yi)上加(jia)熱速(su)度(du)(du)(du)(du)為(wei)0.05℃/s;峰值溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)Tp為(wei)1000℃,保溫(wen)(wen)10min;冷卻速(su)度(du)(du)(du)(du)10℃/s。其次,SH-CCT圖的測定。試(shi)樣從室溫(wen)(wen)加(jia)熱到峰值溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)所需要的時間(jian)tp11~41s,從峰值溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)冷卻到1000℃的時間(jian)t1000,800℃冷卻至(zhi)500℃所需的時間(jian)t8/55~600s。試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中(zhong)各個熱循環峰值溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)均為(wei)1300℃,最大(da)加(jia)熱速(su)度(du)(du)(du)(du)為(wei)120℃/s。最后,進行組織(zhi)分析及硬(ying)度(du)(du)(du)(du)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)。
Q460q在(zai)焊(han)接條(tiao)(tiao)件下(xia)連續(xu)冷(leng)卻過程中(zhong),當(dang)(dang)冷(leng)速(su)(su)(su)較(jiao)慢時,奧氏(shi)(shi)(shi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)內部(bu)形(xing)成大量(liang)的(de)針(zhen)狀(zhuang)鐵素(su)(su)體(ti)(ti)(ti)、少量(liang)珠光體(ti)(ti)(ti)、粒(li)狀(zhuang)鐵素(su)(su)體(ti)(ti)(ti)和少量(liang)粒(li)狀(zhuang)貝氏(shi)(shi)(shi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)混合組織。隨著冷(leng)卻速(su)(su)(su)度(du)加(jia)快,鐵素(su)(su)體(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)量(liang)減少,粒(li)狀(zhuang)貝氏(shi)(shi)(shi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)量(liang)不斷增多,顯微硬度(du)值有所(suo)升高(gao)。當(dang)(dang)冷(leng)卻速(su)(su)(su)度(du)進一步加(jia)快,組織中(zhong)板條(tiao)(tiao)貝氏(shi)(shi)(shi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)量(liang)增多,并(bing)且開始發生部(bu)分馬氏(shi)(shi)(shi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)相變,顯微硬度(du)急(ji)劇升高(gao)。在(zai)模擬焊(han)接熱(re)循環(huan)的(de)120℃/s加(jia)熱(re)速(su)(su)(su)度(du)條(tiao)(tiao)件下(xia),Q460q鋼奧氏(shi)(shi)(shi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)開始形(xing)成溫(wen)度(du)比標(biao)準測(ce)試條(tiao)(tiao)件下(xia)的(de)Ac1提(ti)高(gao)了29℃。
