山推全新升級型平地機下線

近日,山推新(xin)升級機型SG21 3平地(di)(di)機在道路機械公司下(xia)線,此次優化(hua)配置的部(bu)件(jian)及改進經(jing)過驗證(zheng)后可(ke)向全(quan)(quan)部(bu)平地(di)(di)機產(chan)品延伸,提(ti)高(gao)了全(quan)(quan)系列平地(di)(di)機的通用(yong)性,在產(chan)品可(ke)靠性上(shang)也會具有較好的提(ti)升效(xiao)果。

全新(xin)升級(ji)的(de)(de)(de)SG21 3平地(di)(di)機(ji)在(zai)原(yuan)有(you)成熟機(ji)型的(de)(de)(de)基礎上,有(you)五大方面的(de)(de)(de)顯著突(tu)破(po):一是(shi)(shi)駕駛(shi)室(shi)主體結(jie)構(gou)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)異形管造型,使駕駛(shi)室(shi)外形線(xian)條更(geng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)柔和,并(bing)對(dui)前視野及密封性(xing)進行(xing)了(le)提(ti)升,改(gai)善駕駛(shi)室(shi)內駕乘環境;二(er)是(shi)(shi)操縱舒適(shi)性(xing)增強(qiang),新(xin)注塑(su)儀表臺配置(zhi)浸油熱固襯套能有(you)效降(jiang)低滾針軸承(cheng)故障率,提(ti)升產品可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing),減少維護(hu)保(bao)(bao)養頻次(ci)及成本(ben);三是(shi)(shi)對(dui)整車管路線(xian)束走向(xiang)進行(xing)升級(ji)優(you)化,使管線(xian)走向(xiang)更(geng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)美觀,并(bing)杜絕(jue)了(le)管路磨(mo)損;四(si)是(shi)(shi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)大科研驗證,采用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)新(xin)機(ji)架轉向(xiang)油缸(gang),增加(jia)(jia)(jia)液壓(ya)鎖(suo),有(you)效改(gai)善了(le)平地(di)(di)機(ji)鉸接原(yuan)地(di)(di)轉向(xiang)不靈敏(min)及負(fu)載不均衡(heng)產生的(de)(de)(de)油缸(gang)伸縮竄動(dong)問(wen)題(ti),提(ti)高了(le)平地(di)(di)機(ji)作業(ye)直線(xian)性(xing);五是(shi)(shi)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)帶(dai)過載保(bao)(bao)護(hu)蝸輪箱的(de)(de)(de)工作裝置(zhi),既保(bao)(bao)證了(le)蝸輪箱通用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)性(xing),又增加(jia)(jia)(jia)了(le)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶對(dui)帶(dai)過載保(bao)(bao)護(hu)蝸輪箱的(de)(de)(de)選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)空(kong)間,進一步提(ti)高了(le)產品可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)及對(dui)核(he)心技術的(de)(de)(de)掌握能力。
