針對(dui)大家關(guan)心的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)TBM/盾構應(ying)用(yong)(yong)中(zhong)(zhong)出現(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)問題(ti),石(shi)家莊鐵道大學徐(xu)明新教(jiao)授在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)《TBM滾(gun)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)失(shi)效形(xing)式及原因(yin)分析(xi)》中(zhong)(zhong)指出“盤形(xing)滾(gun)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)是TBM專(zhuan)用(yong)(yong)破(po)巖(yan)利器(qi),也(ye)是TBM刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)盤的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)關(guan)鍵部件和(he)(he)易損部件。滾(gun)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)失(shi)效對(dui)TBM施工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)成(cheng)(cheng)本、速度(du)和(he)(he)效率(lv)有(you)重大影響(xiang)。據統計(ji)(ji),用(yong)(yong)于刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)具(ju)(ju)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)費(fei)用(yong)(yong)可以占(zhan)到掘進(jin)施工(gong)(gong)費(fei)用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)1/3,刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)具(ju)(ju)更(geng)換時間占(zhan)總施工(gong)(gong)時間的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)比值(zhi)高達1/3。滾(gun)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)失(shi)效形(xing)式分為正(zheng)常(chang)磨損與非(fei)正(zheng)常(chang)磨損,刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)具(ju)(ju)磨損的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)原因(yin)分析(xi)和(he)(he)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)具(ju)(ju)使用(yong)(yong)管理(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)水平直接(jie)關(guan)系(xi)到施工(gong)(gong)效率(lv)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)揮(hui)和(he)(he)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)投(tou)入(ru)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)回(hui)報(bao)。”山東天工(gong)(gong)巖(yan)土(tu)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)設備(bei)有(you)限(xian)公司研究院(yuan)副院(yuan)長張學強(qiang)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)《TBM滾(gun)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)基礎設計(ji)(ji)與地層適應(ying)性研究》指出 “當巖(yan)石(shi)強(qiang)度(du)高到一(yi)定程(cheng)(cheng)度(du),就有(you)了與刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)圈(quan)(quan)鋼體(ti)相(xiang)較(jiao)量的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)能力(li),‘兩強(qiang)相(xiang)遇,必有(you)一(yi)傷’,刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)圈(quan)(quan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)強(qiang)度(du)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)質(zhi)量上占(zhan)有(you)絕對(dui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)優(you)勢(shi),但是巖(yan)石(shi)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)總量上的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)優(you)勢(shi)卻也(ye)毋庸置(zhi)疑,量變(bian)引發(fa)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)質(zhi)變(bian),刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)圈(quan)(quan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)失(shi)效不可避免(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)會出現(xian)。拋開巖(yan)石(shi)節理(li)發(fa)育情況、強(qiang)度(du)、掘進(jin)參數等外在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)因(yin)素,單就刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)圈(quan)(quan)本身(shen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)制作(zuo)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)來講,刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)圈(quan)(quan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)材料(liao)選擇(材料(liao)特(te)性)、制坯工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(成(cheng)(cheng)型方法)、熱處(chu)理(li)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(內(nei)應(ying)力(li))、制造精(jing)度(du)(加(jia)工(gong)(gong)缺陷)、裝(zhuang)配(pei)精(jing)度(du)(過盈量)等問題(ti)也(ye)會對(dui)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)圈(quan)(quan)崩刃(ren),或者斷裂有(you)著(zhu)(zhu)非(fei)常(chang)大的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)影響(xiang)。”關(guan)于現(xian)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)發(fa)展勢(shi)頭正(zheng)好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)具(ju)(ju)破(po)巖(yan)過程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)仿真技術,中(zhong)(zhong)南(nan)大學機電工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)學院(yuan)博士(shi)生導師夏毅敏(min)教(jiao)授提到“PFC能夠觀測切削過程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)應(ying)力(li)分布(bu)和(he)(he)接(jie)觸力(li)鏈分布(bu),刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)具(ju)(ju)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)下巖(yan)體(ti)應(ying)力(li)最(zui)大的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)位(wei)置(zhi)集中(zhong)(zhong)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)尖前方的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)片區(qu)域,且隨(sui)(sui)著(zhu)(zhu)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)具(ju)(ju)位(wei)置(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)移動而(er)移動,刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)具(ju)(ju)尖端的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)破(po)壞作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)最(zui)為明顯。模擬(ni)雙(shuang)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)切削巖(yan)石(shi)過程(cheng)(cheng),記錄巖(yan)體(ti)動態變(bian)化特(te)性。隨(sui)(sui)著(zhu)(zhu)切深的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)增加(jia),巖(yan)體(ti)裂紋(wen)數目迅速增加(jia),且拉裂紋(wen)比剪裂紋(wen)數目更(geng)多,說明巖(yan)石(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)張拉破(po)壞呈現(xian)出主(zhu)導趨勢(shi)。”

廣(guang)州(zhou)盾(dun)建地(di)(di)下工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)技術有限(xian)公司(si)總工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)(shi)張厚(hou)美在《TBM/盾(dun)構刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)盤滾(gun)(gun)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)損壞機(ji)理(li)(li)的(de)(de)力(li)學(xue)分析與(yu)應用研究(jiu)》指出“驅動(dong)(dong)滾(gun)(gun)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)自轉(zhuan)的(de)(de)主動(dong)(dong)力(li)矩是(shi)由滾(gun)(gun)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)破巖(yan)所(suo)受(shou)到的(de)(de)切削力(li)產生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de),當主動(dong)(dong)力(li)矩小(xiao)于(yu)滾(gun)(gun)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)所(suo)受(shou)到的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)阻(zu)力(li)矩時(shi),即產生(sheng)(sheng)偏磨;滾(gun)(gun)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)所(suo)受(shou)荷(he)載與(yu)貫入(ru)度(du)成正比,當貫入(ru)度(du)太大(da)(da)(da)(da)時(shi),將導(dao)致滾(gun)(gun)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)過(guo)載,使刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)圈或(huo)軸承損壞,掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)應控制(zhi)滾(gun)(gun)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)的(de)(de)貫入(ru)度(du);其它條件(jian)(jian)相同(tong)情況(kuang)下,滾(gun)(gun)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)荷(he)載隨(sui)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)尖寬度(du)增(zeng)加近似成線性增(zeng)加,隨(sui)著刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)刃磨損,滾(gun)(gun)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)荷(he)載急劇增(zeng)長,故硬巖(yan)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)中(zhong)(zhong)應及(ji)時(shi)更(geng)換磨損刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)具。”同(tong)濟(ji)大(da)(da)(da)(da)學(xue)土木工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)學(xue)院地(di)(di)下建筑與(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)系薛(xue)亞東教授《TBM滾(gun)(gun)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)破巖(yan)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)與(yu)機(ji)理(li)(li)的(de)(de)試驗》表示(shi)“目前(qian),我(wo)國(guo)已是(shi)TBM需求最大(da)(da)(da)(da)國(guo)家,占全球50%。現(xian)階段(duan)我(wo)國(guo)西(xi)部(bu)(bu)、西(xi)南(nan)部(bu)(bu)以(yi)及(ji)山區經濟(ji)發(fa)展(zhan)需要(yao),鐵路交通、公路交通、水(shui)(shui)利水(shui)(shui)電、大(da)(da)(da)(da)規(gui)模的(de)(de)調水(shui)(shui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)等基礎(chu)設施(shi)(shi)建設已經全面鋪開,大(da)(da)(da)(da)直徑、大(da)(da)(da)(da)埋(mai)深、長距(ju)離全斷(duan)面隧道工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)越(yue)來越(yue)多(duo)地(di)(di)采用TBM施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。”“未(wei)來十年,國(guo)內對TBM的(de)(de)市場(chang)需求量巨大(da)(da)(da)(da)。”一位業(ye)內人士指出,“國(guo)內市場(chang)未(wei)來對掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)機(ji)的(de)(de)需求將達到250臺左右。”關于(yu)隧道施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)問題及(ji)措施(shi)(shi)管(guan)理(li)(li),深圳(zhen)天(tian)奧(ao)盾(dun)構工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)技術有限(xian)公司(si)(原山西(xi)萬家寨引黃工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)管(guan)理(li)(li)局)專家鄭智強(qiang)表示(shi)“施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方按(an)(an)照合(he)同(tong)規(gui)定(ding)(ding)系統的(de)(de)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)地(di)(di)質(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,增(zeng)派TBM施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)有經驗的(de)(de)地(di)(di)質(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)(shi),依(yi)據標書的(de)(de)地(di)(di)質(zhi)(zhi)資料,地(di)(di)質(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)(shi)與(yu)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)(shi)等共(gong)同(tong)編制(zhi)TBM掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)手(shou)冊,根據不(bu)同(tong)地(di)(di)質(zhi)(zhi)條件(jian)(jian)選(xuan)擇不(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)參數,在施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)不(bu)斷(duan)總結、完善和規(gui)范掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)手(shou)冊;施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)地(di)(di)質(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)(shi)跟(gen)蹤觀察(cha)(cha)判(pan)別圍巖(yan)地(di)(di)質(zhi)(zhi)條件(jian)(jian),同(tong)時(shi)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)地(di)(di)質(zhi)(zhi)編錄、測繪(hui)、取樣等,發(fa)現(xian)地(di)(di)質(zhi)(zhi)條件(jian)(jian)變(bian)化(hua)及(ji)時(shi)報(bao)告現(xian)場(chang)監理(li)(li),共(gong)同(tong)按(an)(an)合(he)同(tong)規(gui)定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)現(xian)行(xing)《水(shui)(shui)利水(shui)(shui)電工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)地(di)(di)質(zhi)(zhi)勘察(cha)(cha)規(gui)范》判(pan)定(ding)(ding)圍巖(yan)類別。”
