9 月8 日,鐵道第三(san)勘(kan)察設計院官(guan)網發布了北(bei)京至霸(ba)(ba)(ba)州(zhou)城(cheng)際鐵路(lu)環評報告書簡本(ben)。根據報告書,新(xin)建北(bei)京至霸(ba)(ba)(ba)州(zhou)城(cheng)際鐵路(lu)起自北(bei)京樞紐李營站,經由北(bei)京新(xin)機場,終至霸(ba)(ba)(ba)州(zhou)站,新(xin)建正線(xian)長度 78.24公里。據悉,京霸(ba)(ba)(ba)城(cheng)際鐵路(lu)建設工期(qi)約(yue)為三(san)年(nian)半,計劃在 2015 年(nian)年(nian)底開(kai)工。照此計算,這條線(xian)路(lu)的完工時間大約(yue)在 2019 年(nian)。
新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)建(jian)(jian)線(xian)路經過北京市大興區,廊坊市廣陽(yang)區、固安縣、永(yong)(yong)(yong)清(qing)縣及霸(ba)州(zhou)市。從公(gong)布的線(xian)路走向(xiang)上看,京霸(ba)城(cheng)際(ji)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)建(jian)(jian)線(xian)路計(ji)劃自(zi)李(li)營站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)引出,出站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)后(hou)京霸(ba)城(cheng)際(ji)利用(yong)既有(you)西(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)黃(huang)上行(xing)(xing)線(xian)至跨京山線(xian)特大橋(qiao)橋(qiao)尾(wei)處(chu),之后(hou)線(xian)路撇開既有(you)線(xian)并(bing)行(xing)(xing)既有(you)京滬高(gao)速(su)(su)鐵路,跨越(yue)西(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)黃(huang)上行(xing)(xing)線(xian)、黃(huang)良鐵路、永(yong)(yong)(yong)華路等,并(bing)行(xing)(xing)規劃機場快(kuai)軌下(xia)鉆(zhan)(zhan)天堂河后(hou)引入北京新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)機場,設(she)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)機場站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。穿越(yue)北航(hang)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)樓后(hou),線(xian)路折向(xiang)西(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)南(nan),在(zai)(zai)預留(liu)南(nan)航(hang)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)樓西(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)側下(xia)鉆(zhan)(zhan)永(yong)(yong)(yong)定河、廊涿(zhuo)城(cheng)際(ji)鐵路、廊涿(zhuo)高(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)路后(hou)出地面,線(xian)路隨(sui)后(hou)上跨 S371 省(sheng)道,在(zai)(zai)規劃首都(dou)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)機場南(nan)高(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)路東(dong)側,永(yong)(yong)(yong)清(qing)縣城(cheng)西(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)側設(she)永(yong)(yong)(yong)清(qing)西(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。出站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)后(hou),線(xian)路折向(xiang)西(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)南(nan),跨 106 國道、既有(you)京九(jiu)鐵路后(hou),并(bing)行(xing)(xing)京九(jiu)鐵路西(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)側向(xiang)南(nan),二次跨越(yue)津(jin)霸(ba)上行(xing)(xing)線(xian)后(hou)在(zai)(zai)既有(you)霸(ba)州(zhou)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)西(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)側設(she)霸(ba)州(zhou)城(cheng)際(ji)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。
技(ji)術參數(shu)方(fang)面(mian),京(jing)(jing)霸城際(ji)鐵(tie)路(lu)將以(yi)新(xin)機(ji)(ji)場為界,李營站(zhan)(zhan)到新(xin)機(ji)(ji)場站(zhan)(zhan)區(qu)間設計速度(du)將在 250 公里(li)/小時,新(xin)機(ji)(ji)場站(zhan)(zhan)到霸州(zhou)站(zhan)(zhan)區(qu)間設計速度(du)將達(da) 350 公里(li)/小時。報告(gao)書也顯示,除正線(xian)外,還(huan)(huan)包(bao)括(kuo)新(xin)建京(jing)(jing)津上(shang)下行聯絡線(xian)、京(jing)(jing)保(bao)上(shang)下行聯絡線(xian)、霸州(zhou)地區(qu)既有線(xian)改(gai)建、黃村(cun)疏解等工程(cheng)。全線(xian)還(huan)(huan)會新(xin)建黃村(cun)高鐵(tie)站(zhan)(zhan)、新(xin)機(ji)(ji)場站(zhan)(zhan)、永清(qing)西(xi)站(zhan)(zhan)及(ji)霸州(zhou)站(zhan)(zhan),既有北(bei)京(jing)(jing)西(xi)站(zhan)(zhan)改(gai)造 1 座(zuo),新(xin)建動(dong)車運(yun)用(yong)所(suo)(suo) 2 處,分別為北(bei)京(jing)(jing)西(xi)動(dong)車運(yun)用(yong)所(suo)(suo)及(ji)永清(qing)西(xi)動(dong)車運(yun)用(yong)所(suo)(suo)。
