由北(bei)方(fang)重(zhong)工(gong)集團(tuan)有限公(gong)司為(wei)中(zhong)鐵二(er)十局(ju)集團(tuan)制造的(de)兩臺Φ8.83m大型(xing)土(tu)壓平(ping)衡盾構(gou)(gou)機相繼于2016年3月1日和3月10日在珠三角莞蕙城際軌道(dao)交通項(xiang)目6標(biao)段隧(sui)道(dao)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)中(zhong)順利貫通,成為(wei)在該(gai)區域同時(shi)使用北(bei)方(fang)重(zhong)工(gong)的(de)中(zhong)國品(pin)牌、德國品(pin)牌以及美(mei)國品(pin)牌盾構(gou)(gou)機進(jin)行(xing)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)的(de)4個標(biao)段中(zhong)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)速(su)度遙遙領先(xian)(xian),率先(xian)(xian)實現貫通的(de)標(biao)段。
珠三角莞蕙(hui)城際軌道交通(tong)項目(mu)東莞段(duan)(duan)的(de)(de)地(di)(di)(di)質(zhi)情況(kuang)極(ji)(ji)(ji)為復雜(za),首先穿(chuan)越(yue)地(di)(di)(di)下水十分(fen)豐富的(de)(de)原老河道,然后(hou)經(jing)(jing)過(guo)全(quan)(quan)斷面軟巖(yan)(yan),再經(jing)(jing)過(guo)全(quan)(quan)斷面軟、硬(ying)交替(ti)巖(yan)(yan)層,最后(hou)經(jing)(jing)過(guo)全(quan)(quan)斷面硬(ying)巖(yan)(yan),并且是(shi)施工難度(du)(du)最大(da)(da)的(de)(de)上軟下硬(ying)地(di)(di)(di)層,局(ju)部(bu)地(di)(di)(di)段(duan)(duan)巖(yan)(yan)石(shi)單(dan)軸抗壓強度(du)(du)高達(da)200MPa。6標段(duan)(duan)為東莞市大(da)(da)朗鎮繁華老城區,地(di)(di)(di)面建筑物密集,覆蓋率達(da)90%,管網(wang)交錯復雜(za),存(cun)在大(da)(da)量土坯磚瓦(wa)房,存(cun)在大(da)(da)量未探明地(di)(di)(di)質(zhi)情況(kuang)地(di)(di)(di)段(duan)(duan),對地(di)(di)(di)面及建筑物沉降要求極(ji)(ji)(ji)高,掘(jue)進難度(du)(du)極(ji)(ji)(ji)大(da)(da),對施工安全(quan)(quan)要求極(ji)(ji)(ji)高,對盾(dun)構機的(de)(de)穩(wen)定(ding)性和可(ke)靠(kao)性要求極(ji)(ji)(ji)高。
復雜的地質和施(shi)工(gong)條件(jian)同時(shi)考驗著施(shi)工(gong)技(ji)術和盾(dun)(dun)構機的性能。在(zai)穿(chuan)越建筑物密集區時(shi)要確保盾(dun)(dun)構機勻(yun)速(su)通(tong)過,對地面擾動小到微乎其微,更(geng)不(bu)(bu)能有(you)頻繁和長時(shi)間停機,那(nei)樣將會造(zao)成地表沉降和尾盾(dun)(dun)卡死等不(bu)(bu)利情況。
