工業廢水高水平全部回收利用

  經過連續試生(sheng)(sheng)產,全球(qiu)最大不銹鋼(gang)(gang)生(sheng)(sheng)產企業(ye)太原鋼(gang)(gang)鐵集(ji)團公司節能減排循環經濟(ji)重點項(xiang)目——工(gong)業(ye)廢水處理(li)擴容提效(xiao)改造工(gong)程處理(li)后(hou)的各項(xiang)水質指標(biao)(biao)均達到和超(chao)過了設計(ji)標(biao)(biao)準,標(biao)(biao)志(zhi)該項(xiang)目全面(mian)建成投產。

  多年來,太鋼(gang)在推(tui)進(jin)(jin)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)技(ji)術(shu)創新(xin)(xin)、持續優(you)化(hua)品種結構(gou)的同時,積極打造節(jie)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)型企業(ye)(ye),先后建成(cheng)膜法水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)處理(li)、中水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)深度處理(li)、生活污(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)處理(li)、廢(fei)(fei)酸回收再生利用等一(yi)大批(pi)新(xin)(xin)型污(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)處理(li)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng),工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)循環利用率達到98%以上。在工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)處理(li)回用上,太鋼(gang)采用國內外先進(jin)(jin)的工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)技(ji)術(shu),先后配套建成(cheng)包括焦化(hua)、冶煉、軋鋼(gang)區廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)在內的高水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)平工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)處理(li)回用系(xi)列工(gong)(gong)程(cheng),形成(cheng)了13萬(wan)噸(dun)/天的工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)處理(li)能力,工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)處理(li)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)平和噸(dun)鋼(gang)耗新(xin)(xin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)指(zhi)標(biao)始終保持行業(ye)(ye)領先。太鋼(gang)由(you)此也成(cheng)為國家(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)信部公(gong)布的第一(yi)批(pi)12家(jia)(jia)節(jie)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)標(biao)桿(gan)企業(ye)(ye)之一(yi),噸(dun)鋼(gang)取(qu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量指(zhi)標(biao)被列為國家(jia)(jia)節(jie)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)標(biao)桿(gan)指(zhi)標(biao)。

  近年(nian)來(lai),隨著太(tai)鋼(gang)品(pin)種結構的(de)再提(ti)速(su),對工(gong)(gong)業(ye)廢水處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)提(ti)出(chu)了新(xin)(xin)的(de)更(geng)高要求。為此,太(tai)鋼(gang)決定,以(yi)現(xian)有一(yi)期廢水處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)設施(shi)為基(ji)礎,新(xin)(xin)實(shi)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)廢水處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)擴容提(ti)效(xiao)(xiao)改造工(gong)(gong)程。該工(gong)(gong)程充分利(li)用(yong)現(xian)有場地和部(bu)分廠(chang)房設施(shi)進(jin)(jin)行升級(ji)改造,具(ju)有不新(xin)(xin)增占地、投資省、成本低、效(xiao)(xiao)率高的(de)顯著特點(dian)。工(gong)(gong)程采用(yong)國際上最先(xian)(xian)進(jin)(jin)的(de)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)廢水處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)藝技(ji)術,同時吸收太(tai)鋼(gang)已有廢水處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)回用(yong)的(de)先(xian)(xian)進(jin)(jin)技(ji)術,充分利(li)用(yong)高層壓差,處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)線實(shi)現(xian)了全(quan)自動控(kong)制(zhi)。項(xiang)目從2015年(nian)3月份開工(gong)(gong)以(yi)來(lai),各施(shi)工(gong)(gong)單位克服(fu)了邊(bian)生產、邊(bian)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)等諸多困難,周(zhou)密部(bu)署,精心(xin)組織,確(que)保了工(gong)(gong)程建設按計劃有序推進(jin)(jin)。今(jin)年(nian)6月份,工(gong)(gong)程項(xiang)目全(quan)面建設投運,從7月份進(jin)(jin)入試運行階段。目前(qian),經(jing)過兩多月的(de)試生產,處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)后的(de)水質各項(xiang)指(zhi)標均達到和設計標準要求。

  工(gong)(gong)業廢水(shui)處(chu)理擴容提效改(gai)造工(gong)(gong)程的建成投(tou)產(chan),使太(tai)鋼工(gong)(gong)業廢水(shui)處(chu)理能力提高到16萬立方米/天,標志著太(tai)鋼將在更高水(shui)平上(shang)實現工(gong)(gong)業廢水(shui)的全部回(hui)收利用,同時,回(hui)用水(shui)水(shui)質(zhi)得到有(you)效改(gai)善,工(gong)(gong)業廢水(shui)重(zhong)復利用率顯著提高,處(chu)理全線電耗和人工(gong)(gong)費用等運行成本大(da)幅度降(jiang)低,成為(wei)太(tai)鋼綠色發展的又一(yi)重(zhong)要(yao)成果。
